- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and effective execution
- Coordinate local testing and training efforts
- Manage workshop participant nominations
- Involve and inform stakeholders timely
- Act as central contact for cross-functional coordination
- Track progress and identify risks
- Escalate issues promptly for program delivery
- Communicate with Market and Business Units
- Support change management and communications
- Clarify upcoming processes, timelines, and responsibilities
- Capture lessons learned for future rollouts
- Provide recommendations for efficiency and consistency
- Communicate feedback from testing and rollouts
