- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience within Life Sciences domain preferable
Aufgaben
- Identify decision-makers and confirm availability of local IT key resources
- Ensure local IT understands the program’s scope and impact
- Coordinate with local IT stakeholders on expectations and timelines
- Align site-specific responsibilities with global roles
- Establish regional and local IT project teams and governance structures
- Plan and execute a Site IT Assessment Questionnaire to evaluate readiness
- Support site scoping based on business process taxonomy
- Review local IT initiatives for alignment or conflict with the deployment
- Support business data analysis and assess cleansing requirements
- Review local infrastructure and integration requirements
- Identify long-lead-time items
- Arrange IT resource commitments and confirm necessary funding
- Review roll-out and sprint plans from a local IT resource perspective
- Provide pre-training and introduce the template solution to local IT
