Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- •Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT project management
- •Strong background in CRM and Commercial Applications, ideally including Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, or Adobe Experience Platform
- •Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows across sales, marketing, and service functions
- •Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
- •Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities
- •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage diverse global teams
- •PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
- •Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

- •Oversee integration strategies between CRMs, SAP, and other enterprise applications
- •Manage external system integrators and third-party vendors
- •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruption
- •Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization for financial accountability
- •Drive agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- •Provide project reporting, metrics, and progress updates to senior management
- •Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement
