- Strong background in CRM and Commercial Applications, ideally including Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, or Adobe Experience Platform
- Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows across sales, marketing, and service functions
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and risk management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage diverse global teams
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead multiple strategic IT transformation projects end-to-end
- Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to scope and budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation
- Manage relationships with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership
- Oversee integration strategies between CRMs, SAP, and other enterprise applications
- Manage external system integrators and third-party vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruption
- Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization for financial accountability
- Drive agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Provide project reporting, metrics, and progress updates to senior management
- Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement
