- •3+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or similar
- •Deep practical experience with HubSpot
- •Fluency in German or Finnish and English
- •Ability to work with data, segmentation and automation
- •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- •Comfort working cross-functionally
- •Experience in fast-paced growth companies or scale-ups
- •Experience with behavioural or event-based data
- •Familiarity with Segment, analytics platforms or data warehouses

- •Define required events and technical feasibility with engineers
- •Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics
- •Optimize lifecycle effectiveness using data-driven insights
- •Support product launches and service communications
- •Drive key customer initiatives from a CRM perspective
