- •Senior CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- •Strong hands-on CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
- •Ability to own strategy and execution
- •Experience with complex or two-sided journeys

- •Reactivate inactive or churned landlords
- •Align CRM flows with sales pipelines
- •Improve visit-to-booking conversion rates
- •Re-engage inactive users to drive repeat usage

- •Manage external freelancers and partners
