- •University or Bachelor's degree
- •Achievement of progressively higher quota and customer interface
- •5+ years of experience in specialty sales
- •Knowledge about product, service, and solution differentiators
- •Specialized technical product/service knowledge
- •Consultative selling skills
- •Solid communication and presentation skills
- •Product demonstration and customer training skills
- •Conceptualization and articulation of targeted solutions
- •Knowledge of industry trends and solutions
- •Regular use of Sales force for deal profile updates
- •Fluency in German and English
