Managing existing client relationships and sales pipeline health for technology solutions at a global tech company. First sales experience, with end-to-end sales process knowledge, required. Minimal travel expected.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or related experience
- First experience in sales and account management
- Organizational and program management skills
- Experience in direct selling, stakeholder interaction, achieving sales quotas, supporting account teams, managing pipelines
- End-to-end sales processes management
- Collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Expertise in contractual/services selling and driving recurring revenue
- Ability to identify opportunities and align with strategic plans
- Skills in digital and remote selling
- Self-motivation and proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- Business fluent in German and fluent English skills
- Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, especially AI

- Assist with product selection and demonstrations
- Respond to RFPs and manage CPQ
- Update catalogues
- Support the sales cycle, including project management and pricing
- Conduct technical demos
