As Compliance Counsel, you will engage with global teams to monitor compliance risks, manage ethics investigations, and ensure adherence to regulations. This role involves designing compliance programs, supporting audits, and enhancing data privacy measures.

• •Certification such as CCEP is desirable

Aufgaben

• •Design and execute risk-based annual monitoring plans
• •Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on operations
• •Support initiatives to align compliance programs with ISO 37301
• •Assist with internal and external audits and monitor corrective actions
• •Drive continuous improvement efforts in compliance management
• •Manage the intake, triage, planning, interviews, evidence analysis, and reporting for ethics investigations
• •Safeguard confidentiality and coordinate cross-functionally on remedial actions
• •Analyze trends and root causes, recommending policy and training enhancements
• •Support the implementation of a risk-tiered due diligence program for third parties
• •Ensure compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions regulations
• •Assist in implementing privacy policies and incident response protocols
