- Knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- High degree of systems proficiency
Aufgaben
- Draft and negotiate data processing agreements
- Manage privacy and fundamental rights impact assessments
- Coordinate DSAR and data deletion processes
- Support incident response and post-incident remediation
- Advise on cybersecurity and data mapping initiatives
- Partner with HR on employee data compliance
- Conduct vendor diligence on AI and personal data
- Manage insider threat and operational compliance items
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide stakeholder guidance
- Manage relationships with specialized outside counsel
