- Monitor legal changes in space law and export controls
- Oversee GDPR and international data protection compliance
- Lead internal audits and compliance training
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and inspections
- Design anti-corruption and ethical conduct policies
- Advise on reputational risk and crisis response
- Promote integrity and accountability across business units
- Draft and negotiate supplier and partnership agreements
- Implement milestone-based invoicing and performance clauses
- Manage international dispute resolution and enforceability
- Counsel executives on legal risks and opportunities
- Support international expansion and joint ventures
- Align legal strategy with core business goals
- Translate complex legal frameworks into actionable guidance
