- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Exceed software and services sales quotas
- Manage and close complex sales cycles
- Conduct needs analysis and solution design
- Negotiate contracts using the MEDDICC framework
- Execute strategic plans for key commercial accounts
- Run high-quality discovery to align with business drivers
- Create evaluation plans with clear timelines
- Maintain relationships with local channel partners
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage strategic and high-volume sales motions
- Identify new business within existing customer accounts
- Expand the company's footprint during renewals
- Increase brand awareness at the C-suite and operational levels
- Consult with clients to define business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Forecast sales opportunities and track KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools for efficiency
