- Ensure end-to-end technical coherence and compliance
- Identify and engage Centres of Competence and Enablers
- Collect and understand customer and program requirements
- Derive Concept of Operations and Product Breakdown Structure
- Establish links between PBS, FBS, WBS, and CBS
- Allocate contract requirements and technical details
- Define and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Ensure product safety, security, and reliability
- Conduct Technical Reviews throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage product accreditation and certification
- Tailor processes, methods, and tools with Quality project management
- Align workload planning with CoC capabilities
- Drive cost management for non-quality issues
- Manage changes with impact analysis and decisions
- Mitigate risks and manage risk impact
