Aufgaben

• •Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the team
• •Set priorities and allocate resources for stable performance
• •Manage global hardware distribution and inventory processes
• •Maintain accurate and reliable component databases
• •Support homologation, qualification, and certification activities
• •Oversee workshop operations and fixture manufacturing
• •Manage component rework and test setup modifications
• •Coordinate part ordering and delivery schedules with Purchasing
• •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects
• •Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis
• •Implement continuous improvement and operational standards
• •Monitor KPIs like delivery timing and inventory accuracy
• •Execute recruitment, coaching, and performance management tasks
