• Understanding of hardware and software lifecycles
• Experience with workshop or prototype operations

• Clear and confident communication skills
• Automotive manufacturing or development experience
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Fluent English and good German skills
• Mindset for operational excellence
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Aufgaben

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the team
• Set priorities and allocate resources for stable performance
• Manage global hardware distribution and inventory processes
• Maintain accurate and reliable component databases
• Support homologation, qualification, and certification activities
• Oversee workshop operations and fixture manufacturing
• Manage component rework and test setup modifications
• Coordinate part ordering and delivery schedules with Purchasing
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects
• Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis
• Implement continuous improvement and operational standards
• Monitor KPIs like delivery timing and inventory accuracy
• Execute recruitment, coaching, and performance management tasks
