Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management
- 10+ years related sales experience, 5+ years in Automotive
- 5+ years leading Account Management, customer interfacing, relationship cultivating
- Thorough understanding of German Automotive OEM organizations and processes
- Thorough understanding of P&L statements, business cases, quotes/contracts
- Technical understanding of Automotive HW and SW systems
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Experience working with applicable customer/OEM
- Experience with Automotive ecosystem, Tier levels, 3rd party suppliers
- Work experience at Tier 1 supplier (audio, infotainment, connectivity, ADAS)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of high-performing account leaders
- Ensure long-term commercial success and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to overall customer business strategy
- Maintain high-level customer relationships
- Develop and maintain customer account strategy
- Serve as primary contact for strategic and commercial voice
- Oversee commercial and legal agreements
- Conduct customer negotiations for awarded business
- Track customer satisfaction at senior levels
- Provide strategies for course corrections
- Own commercial targets (revenue, EBIT, Cash Flow)
- Ensure continuity of awarded business
- Focus on lifetime profitability of portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationship maps
- Track relationship status and goals
- Execute HR cycle activities
- Handle hiring, performance management, succession planning
- Coach and develop team members
