- Make enterprise-level trade-off decisions
- Contribute to Automotive BU strategy and planning
- Own global S&OP and demand planning processes
- Improve forecast accuracy using PDCA
- Lead supply planning to balance supply and demand
- Ensure high service levels and preventive planning
- Establish standardized supply frameworks
- Drive supplier development initiatives
- Own global logistics strategy and 4PL operations
- Optimize TMS and manage logistics risks
- Set global standards for transport and warehousing
- Ensure packaging, customs, and trade compliance
- Lead logistics cost optimization and crisis management
- Support customer RFQs and sustainability initiatives
- Define and execute global inventory strategy
- Support cash flow targets
- Establish governance and KPI dashboards
- Manage coverage targets and deviation
- Reduce obsolescence
- Lead global SCM targets and benchmarks
- Standardize best practices
- Select and deploy SCM IT systems
- Drive network design and capability development
- Build cross-functional and global partnerships
- Develop a high-performing global SCM organization
- Lead coaching and training
- Plan succession and long-term capability building
