- Lead Brand Strategy development, implementation, and planning
- Manage customer and commercial activities
- Lead and coach the Sales Force
- Maximize brand sales and margin
- Develop and drive oncology strategic vision in Germany
- Manage and execute brand marketing activities with global teams
- Manage and execute brand sales activities with global teams
- Manage and execute customer network activities with global teams
- Manage Brand P&L for sales and financial planning
- Manage Brand Team activities and processes
- Represent affiliate business interests at internal meetings
- Build a high-performing organization
- Manage talent and succession planning
- Build and manage internal cross-functional collaboration
- Foster collaboration with Global and Area teams
- Maintain close relationships with KOLs
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and AbbVie policies
