- 3-5 years experience in Pharma or Medical Device
- Strong knowledge of competitive and diabetes technology landscape
- Ability to work as RSM with KOLs in Healthcare
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Experience in leading high-performance teams
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs
- Very engaging and strong motivational skills

- Achieve or exceed sales and market share targets.
- Meet or surpass defined KPIs.
- Drive profitable revenue growth in the assigned region.
- Align regional strategy with Area & National goals.
- Lead a team of 8-12 Sales Representatives.
- Manage volume, accounts, and expenses.

- Conduct market and account analysis.
- Ensure delivery of targets.
- Provide individual recognition to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews for your team.
- Manage team performance and reward.
- Ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
- Implement country product launches successfully.
