- Comfortable supporting users across multiple countries
- Familiarity with E-Invoicing compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of country-specific EU regulations
- Chinese communication at C1 level
- English communication at C1 level
- German communication at B2 level or above (strong plus)
- Structured and proactive work approach
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multinational team
- Service-oriented mindset

- Ensure financial backbone is solid and compliant
- Expertly manage Travel & Expense System (TES)
- Maintain E-Invoicing solutions
- Champion EU-wide compliance standards
- Navigate country-specific mandates
- Coordinate end-to-end integrations
- Ensure seamless communication between systems
- Provide 2nd-level support for Finance systems
- Resolve data issues
- Drive process optimization during closing cycles
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Enhance efficiency for Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams
