- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and new features
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UI/UX design
- Strong financial regulations, audit, compliance understanding
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Aufgaben
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO)
- Provide expert guidance on finance business requirements
- Define finance process design and system integration
- Offer end-user support for SAP Finance solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand finance needs
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Lead SAP Finance transformation initiatives
- Manage migration from ECC to S/4HANA
- Ensure best practices and financial regulation compliance
- Develop and manage functional specifications
- Align solutions with business needs and SAP best practices
- Oversee system configuration for finance modules
- Conduct testing for finance-related modules
- Troubleshoot finance modules in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
- Lead and mentor junior consultants
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to teams
- Guide SAP FI/CO integration with other modules
- Guide SAP FI/CO integration with third-party systems
- Lead data migration activities
- Ensure smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA
- Prepare configuration guides
- Prepare test plans
- Prepare training materials for end-users
- Conduct meetings with business leaders
- Conduct meetings with IT teams
- Track project progress
- Resolve project issues
