- Solid understanding of integration concepts (EDI, APIs, connectivity)
- Comfortable navigating master data management for vendors and materials
- Analytical sharpness and process orientation
- Ease working across procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations teams
- Experience in cross-functional, international settings
- Confident Chinese communication (C1 level)
- Confident English communication (C1 level)
- German language skills (welcome plus)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or SAP Ariba
- Knowledge of customs, incoterms, international shipping, or warehouse automation
Aufgaben
- Capture and translate stakeholder requirements
- Configure and maintain SRM, TMS, WMS, and SAP MM modules
- Participate in supply chain projects
- Coordinate with developers, key users, and 3PL partners
- Provide 2nd-level application support
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve data issues
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Support continuous process improvement
- Maintain master data integrity
- Resolve master data issues
- Identify and document process improvements
- Ensure clean integration flows
- Keep configurations well-documented
