- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Salesforce Service Cloud, or comparable)
- Solid understanding of service management and project execution processes
- Strong expertise in ERP integration (project, finance, materials management)

- Comfortable navigating cross-functional topics across departments and regions
- Confident communication in Chinese (C1 or above)
- Confident communication in English (C1 or above)
- German language skills (welcome plus)

Aufgaben
- Capture and translate business requirements into CRM/GCC configurations
- Support end-to-end Project Delivery workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional integrations with ERP, supply chain, and finance teams
- Serve as 2nd-level support for CRM/GCC incidents, change requests, and master data issues
- Identify and drive process improvements across service and project execution
- Document system configurations, workflows, and SOPs
- Participate in CRM/GCC enhancement initiatives
- Contribute to digitalization projects with real business impact
