- Analyze recruitment reports to provide pipeline insights to teams
- Build talent networks through research and relationship management
- Optimize candidate experiences using feedback and survey data
- Represent the company at events and in-house meetups
- Lead initiatives to improve the overall talent acquisition function
- Mentor team members on best practices, tools, and processes
