- Hardware and Software testing experience
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux
- Optional foreign language skills
Aufgaben
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Respond to customer queries via web, email, and phone
- Manage support requests through the tracking system
- Operate protocol analyzers and test equipment
- Deliver technical training to new and existing customers
- Represent the company at various industry events
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams
- Maintain relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Contribute new product proposals for future roadmaps
- Validate and test new product releases
- Advocate for customer needs during product development
