- Identify expansion opportunities and execute renewals
- Track AI agent usage and product adoption
- Reach out proactively to underperforming customers
- Lead workshops and product training sessions
- Resolve customer requests and technical issues
- Debug integrations and agent performance problems
- Answer support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Provide onboarding assistance to smaller accounts
- Build workflows for tracking customer health metrics
- Document playbooks and internal success processes
- Improve internal and external knowledge bases
- Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback
