Implementing AI agents for public sector tendering automation, driving fast time-to-first-submission at an AI agent builder. 5+ years B2B SaaS Customer Success or Implementation experience required. Meaningful early-stage equity.

Anforderungen

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions, or Customer Ops for B2B SaaS (mid-market/enterprise)
  • Strong track record in onboarding, adoption, renewals, and ideally expansion
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project execution in complex environments
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical teams; ability to explain AI workflows simply and credibly
  • Builder mindset: ability to create structure, obsession over outcomes, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • C1 German and business fluent English language skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot SaaS products, reproduce bugs, and write clear engineering tickets independently
  • Experience with regulated/compliance-heavy workflows (procurement, legal, public sector, govtech, RFP/RFI/bid management)
  • Experience defining and tracking ROI metrics and customer health frameworks

  • Define quality bars for AI-generated responses.
  • Create customer onboarding templates.
  • Develop customer success plans.
  • Establish customer health scoring.
  • Build playbooks for risk and stalls.
  • Define escalation paths.
  • Develop customer training programs.
  • Create best-practice guides.
  • Build an internal champions program.
  • Develop customer case studies.
  • Identify lighthouse accounts.
  • Create proof points for GTM.
  • Support customers in regulated procurement contexts.
  • Coordinate stakeholders for implementation progress.
