- Execute action plans defined by sales and marketing departments
- Develop promotional plans including festivals and loyalty programs
- Negotiate win-win conditions to optimize restaurant margins and occupancy
- Monitor compliance with quality policies and terms of service
- Ensure an excellent experience for B2C users
- Provide technical support and training for platform tools
- Collaborate with departments to improve product relevance and features
