- •Degree in business, marketing, or similar field
- •At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
- •Service-oriented attitude and relationship building
- •Technology-first mindset in digital media
- •Proactivity and adaptability to change
- •Task and project management skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Understanding of digital advertising technology
- •Based in Hamburg and able to work from the office
- •Self-motivation and determination to succeed
- •Autonomy in driving business development
- •Agility in responding to diverse needs
- •Tenacity in pursuing and closing contracts
