- •Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams
- •Technical background in engineering
- •Previous experience in startup ecosystem or high-growth environments
- •Motivation to drive change in renewables
- •Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- •Excellent English communication skills (C2); proficiency in French or Italian is a plus

- •Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team
- •Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in Germany
- •Onboard customers immediately after contract signing and guide them through the entire lifecycle
- •Utilize customer feedback to improve software in collaboration with the development team
- •Identify upselling opportunities and seek potential partnerships
- •Stay informed about industry developments to drive strategic planning
- •Plan and implement projects that foster Reonic's growth and innovation
