Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for German B2B customers
- Guide energy installers from onboarding to long-term success
- Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on improvements
- Streamline processes to enhance the customer experience
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales to increase seat and module adoption
- Execute customer projects to improve product usage
- Conduct training sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop rollout playbooks to drive measurable outcomes
Ausbildung
