- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •German (C2) and fluent English

- •Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements
- •Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on improvements
- •Streamline processes to enhance the customer experience
- •Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities
- •Coordinate with Sales to increase seat and module adoption
- •Execute customer projects to improve product usage
- •Conduct training sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews
- •Develop rollout playbooks to drive measurable outcomes
