Account Manager(m/w/x)
Primary contact for B2B customers of a workplace food program at a food-tech company, handling on-site visits and contract adjustments. Ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities required. Daily lunch allowance.
Anforderungen
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or comparable B2B-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and departments
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities
- Confident working with contracts, invoices, and operational topics
- Fluency in German and English
- Regular in-person visits to kitchens to stay close to daily operations
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for B2B customers
- Handle day-to-day communication via email, calls, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer champions
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and on-site visits
- Support contract adjustments and account configuration
- Orchestrate customer requests and feedback across departments
- Ensure internal teams have relevant information for effective service
- Manage premium account support for key customers
- Coordinate invoice-related topics with customers and the invoicing team
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive upsell initiatives with Sales and City Managers
- Encourage and track customer referrals
- Align weekly with City Managers on contracts and sales numbers
- Visit kitchens regularly to stay close to daily operations
- Coordinate daily with Logistics Managers on delivery feedback
- Align weekly with Customer Support on end-user communication
- Support and close upsell deals, including demos and negotiations
- Own selected marketing initiatives for existing customers
