- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise B2B solution sales
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proven track record of winning and growing complex customer accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, self-driven approach
- Fluent in English (business level) and German
Aufgaben
- Drive acquisition and growth of key insurance accounts
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with internal teams
- Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders at C-level
- Align solutions to address customer pain points and industry challenges
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to closure
- Structure high-value deals and negotiate contracts
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through active prospecting and qualification
- Forecast using CRM tools
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Craft and deliver comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer goals
- Enhance customer satisfaction within assigned accounts
- Establish a qualified target account list
- Communicate benefits of Salesforce solutions to foster customer growth
- Expand Salesforce's footprint within existing accounts
