- •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Insurance Management, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise B2B solution sales
- •Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
- •Proven track record of winning and growing complex customer accounts
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Strategic mindset with a hands-on, self-driven approach
- •Fluent in English (business level) and German

- •Structure high-value deals and negotiate contracts
- •Maintain a healthy pipeline through active prospecting and qualification
- •Forecast using CRM tools
- •Monitor market trends and competitor offerings

- •Craft and deliver comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer goals
- •Enhance customer satisfaction within assigned accounts
- •Establish a qualified target account list
- •Communicate benefits of Salesforce solutions to foster customer growth
