Aufgaben

  • Review, structure, and validate Structured Letters of Credit and Trade Finance documentation
  • Provide expert advice on transaction structures, Letter of credit wording, risk mitigation, and compliance
  • Assess and approve complex and non-standard transactions, including multi-bank and cross-border financing
  • Act as a key control layer between commercial structuring and operational execution
  • Support and guide global execution teams on complex transactions, exceptions, and best practices
  • Collaborate with banks, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Monitor transaction accuracy, financial flows, and operational controls
  • Ensure timely, precise, and efficient execution of transactions
  • Drive operational excellence through strong governance and stakeholder management
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
  • Work on high-value, Structured Trade Finance transactions supporting global commodity trading
  • Partner with commercial teams, banks, treasury, legal, accounting, and operations as a subject matter expert
  • Gain exposure to complex and non-standard financing structures
  • Build a broad international network and collaborate with colleagues and external partners
  • Play a visible role in supporting business growth
  • Maintain a robust control and governance framework
  • Influence operational excellence by shaping standards, processes, and best practices
