Aufgaben
- Coordinate post-deal trading activities from inception to completion
- Coordinate logistics for sea and overland loading/discharging
- Mitigate hazardous situations during loading/discharging
- Follow up on chartered vessels and optimize rotations/loading plans
- Nominate essential service providers and ensure result accuracy
- Manage storage and process contracts, including quantities, quality, and customs
- Identify and resolve operational problems with stakeholders
- Obtain and control financial guarantees from counterparties
- Evaluate transaction costs and communicate financial operational data
- Verify trading negotiations and formalize commercial contracts
- Submit damage reports to insurers and manage claim files
- Ensure compliance with regulatory aspects like REACH, Customs, and VAT
- Ensure compliance with vetting procedures for seagoing vessels and barges
- Adhere to HSE, Code of Conduct, and company policies
- Manage invoicing, payment processes, and fund recovery
- Manage and optimize equity lifting based on Lifting Agreements and Terminal Procedures
