Anforderungen
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Software Developer in complex business environment
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes, accounting principles, internal controls, treasury
- Previous experience in commodity trading, financial services, or energy markets
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs

Aufgaben
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Shared Services stakeholders
- Challenge business requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility
- Define and maintain the application backlog according to business priorities
- Prioritize the application backlog based on business needs
- Define release roadmaps and contribute to strategic vision
- Ensure consistency between business requirements and the application landscape
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements
- Collect and document functional requirements and user stories
- Prioritize functional requirements and user stories
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed specifications for development teams
- Answer functional questions and provide business context to development teams
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Participate in defining appropriate functional and technical solutions
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
- Validate new releases for compliance with business requirements
- Collect user feedback and coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure non-regression of existing functionalities
- Coordinate and lead projects related to Finance applications and processes
- Define project roadmaps, priorities, and delivery milestones
- Monitor project progress against quality, scope, and timeline objectives
- Assess risks and propose mitigation plans and alternative solutions
- Contribute to change management activities and adoption of new functionalities
- Provide functional support to users and investigate application issues
- Ensure effective communication regarding system evolutions and releases
- Define and deliver user training sessions when required
- Produce and maintain user documentation
- Communicate project status, key achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide regular updates on the implementation of new solutions and enhancements
- Ensure consistency of business requirements with the overall ETRM system
