Anforderungen
- Proven experience as Senior Business Analyst in transport, logistics, shipping, or TMS
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and UAT support
- Hands-on analytical skills with SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies
- Good understanding of transport planning, vessel utilization, capacity management, and operational workflows
- Ability to convert complex data insights into clear business recommendations and product improvements
- Strong communication skills with effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and familiarity with Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Fluent English
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or advanced analytics solutions
- Knowledge of forecasting, optimization models, or decision-support tools
Aufgaben
- Support Product Owner in shaping product enhancements for Trip Plans and VUM
- Gather and formalize business requirements through workshops and discussions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Develop acceptance criteria and solution proposals
- Analyze transport flows, vessel utilization, and operational data
- Identify improvement opportunities in transport and vessel operations
- Contribute to KPI definition and dashboard creation
- Assess data flows and system interactions across enterprise applications
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout delivery
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and business relevance in solutions
- Promote simple, scalable, and user-centric solutions
- Balance business priorities with technical feasibility and maintainability
- Work closely with distributed teams across regions and time zones
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution
