- Good knowledge of SWIFT standards (MT/MX)

- Good knowledge of messaging flows
- Solid understanding of data flows
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts
- Solid understanding of software development tools
- Strong communication skills in French
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Residence in Switzerland
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Collect and analyze business requirements for interbank messaging
- Formalize business requirements for reconciliation and client notifications
- Act as liaison between business and IT teams
- Ensure shared understanding of needs and constraints
- Contribute to SWIFT solution design and implementation
- Participate in SWIFT package configuration, testing, and deployment
- Define functional specifications and user stories
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ensure end-to-end consistency of messaging flows
- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge
- Monitor SWIFT standards and market practices
