Anforderungen
- 5–8 years relevant experience with technical project/client ownership
- Strong engineering background in designing, implementing, reviewing, debugging production systems
- Deep expertise in GenAI/AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud & Data Platforms, or ML/Data Science, with cross-discipline ability
- Strong problem decomposition and system design skills, translating business problems to executable plans
- Experience leading engineers or teams and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes
- Effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders, building trust, contributing to proposals and account growth
- Experience in consulting or client-facing services environment is a strong plus

- Own complex Data & AI engagements from problem to outcome
- Turn client problems into clear delivery plans and roadmaps
- Shape the technical architecture and stay hands-on in implementation
- Ensure high engineering quality in solutions
- Lead and manage high-performing teams
- Provide direction and feedback to team members
- Identify and shape new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to pre-sales and new client engagements
- Solve complex client challenges using Data & AI
- Design and deliver solutions across GenAI, AI engineering, data platforms, cloud, and ML
- Collaborate with technical engineers, data scientists, and consultants
