Anforderungen
- 5-10 years work experience in leading management consultancy (business & technology) or equivalent corporate experience
- Advising clients on data-based topics (advanced analytics, machine learning, data platforms, cloud)
- Ability to identify and prioritize business challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Talent in building lasting relationships with clients and team members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences
- Fluent English and German
Aufgaben
- Support data scientists and data engineers with holistic consulting
- Implement state-of-the-art ML models and data science technologies
- Drive business development and project implementation
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Scale the consulting practice within a fast-growing AI services provider
- Assess client data and machine learning maturity
- Identify data-driven use cases and define implementation roadmaps
- Understand client data-related challenges and business questions
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT architects
- Consult on data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centers of excellence
- Interact with the head of the Data & AI Consulting practice
- Co-develop growth strategies and new consulting offerings
- Contribute to business development through industry conferences and workshops
- Participate in client sales meetings
- Support the creation of white papers and industry thought leadership
