- •Primary degree or relevant industry sales experience
- •Medical Representative, medical education, or medical product selling skills preferred
- •Primary degree in science, nursing, or nutrition preferred
- •Certificate of attendance selling workshops
- •Traceable experience and selling skills in similar position preferred
- •Experience as Sales Representative and team lead
- •Practical knowledge of customer and disease area requirements
- •Excellent communication and organization skills
- •Results and action orientation
- •Ability to inspire others to excellence
- •Accountability for team results and providing direction
- •Fluency in French, German, and English

- •Promote products to primary and secondary care accounts
- •Lead and empower the team to achieve targets
- •Meet call metrics to maximize sales performance
- •Identify key stakeholders within target accounts
- •Transition patients to company brands and ensure retention
- •Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- •Manage territories and build customer relationships
- •Advise customers on glucose sensors and management software
- •Support healthcare professionals with product training
- •Manage and support key opinion leaders
- •Develop strategy plans for key customer deployment
- •Execute territorial training and attend industry congresses
- •Report daily activities via the CRM system
- •Plan and execute events for professionals and patients
- •Support the launch of new products and technologies
