Anforderungen
- •Completed school education or equivalent experience
- •Fluency in German and French; good knowledge of English
- •Experience as Tele sales or Sales Representative
- •Certified participation in sales workshops
- •Experience of working with MS Office
- •Several years of practical sales experience or tele sales experience; understanding of customer requirements
- •Excellent communication skills
- •High flexibility and good listening skills

- •Sell and promote Abbott products as a Telesales representative
- •Achieve or exceed sales targets and market share goals
- •Conduct remote selling of the ADC portfolio
- •Prepare and implement new technologies
- •Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets
- •Manage projects and contracts for events and sales
- •Acquire new customers for the ADC product range
- •Make regular customer calls to meet defined objectives
- •Report on schedule in the CRM system
- •Fulfill administrative tasks according to departmental guidelines
- •Participate in team conference calls and email communication
- •Document activities in the CRM system
- •Deliver expenses on schedule
- •Communicate actively with management and team colleagues
- •Analyze sales data and define sales potential
- •Classify customers based on sales potential
- •Plan, organize, and execute device training for patients, nurses, and doctors
- •Implement country-specific selling projects and adhere to deadlines
- •Collect competitor intelligence from the market
- •Provide service and information to target accounts based on marketing and sales strategies
