Aufgaben
- Drive the Medical Affairs workplan for pre-launch and marketed products
- Align strategies with Global and local Country Pharma Organization needs
- Support the development, launch, and commercialization of drug products
- Educate Medical Experts and Key Stakeholders through scientific exchanges
- Lead and develop a team of Medical associates
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Value & Access departments
- Develop aligned business plans for product launch phases
- Establish credibility as a medical and scientific expert
- Create scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals
- Assign tasks to Medical Managers for Priority Brands
- Coordinate the team to meet priorities and focus on development
