In this role, you will connect with Medical Experts to share vital scientific information and gather insights that shape medical strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing engagement plans, collaborating with various teams, and supporting clinical research initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •MD, PharmaD or PhD degree in health/life sciences
• •Business fluent in German and English
• •Knowledge of French
• •Experience and readiness to work in a field force team
• •Good knowledge of drug development, GCP and local regulations
• •Excellence in collaborating across boundaries and stakeholder engagement
• •Excellent analytical and planning skills
• •Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
• •Digital and technology savvy
• •Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
• •Several years of experience in Pharma, preferably in a similar role
• •Experience in project management and planning of events
• •Knowledge in biostatistics, clinical practices, clinical research, and medical writing

Aufgaben

• •Engage with Medical Experts to share medical and scientific information
• •Identify and map Medical Experts and Key Accounts for strategic engagement
• •Develop and execute engagement plans for Medical Experts aligned with country strategy
• •Respond to unsolicited information requests from Medical Experts
• •Collect impactful insights from Medical Experts to inform medical strategy
• •Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and regulatory teams for effective information delivery
• •Plan and implement field medical tactics and engagement plans aligned with brand strategy
• •Support clinical research programs and optimize trial execution at study sites
• •Facilitate the Investigator Initiated Trial process upon request
• •Serve as a medical resource for field matrix colleagues
