Anforderungen

• University degree in health-related scientific field
• Understanding of field medical affairs plans
• Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferentially MSL
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of legal and ethical frameworks
• Quick self-learner and teamwork skills
• Communicative competence and presentation skills
• Very good German language skills
• Very good English language skills
• Scientific knowledge and data analysis ability
• Experience in liaising with healthcare professionals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Driving license and willingness to drive

Aufgaben

• Serve as a medical-scientific expert within cross-functional brand teams
• Develop and implement medical product strategies based on customer insights
• Build peer-level relationships with external experts through extensive field work
• Engage the scientific community with credible and objective medical information
• Develop field engagement and cross-functional account management plans
• Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support local and global clinical research and externally sponsored projects
• Create real-world evidence data projects alongside the brand team
• Provide scientific input for sales promotions and educational materials
• Deliver medical-scientific training for the sales force and internal staff
• Organize and execute scientific symposia and educational initiatives
• Coordinate and participate in regional advisory board meetings
• Maintain therapeutic expertise by attending national and international congresses
• Assist the medical governance team with scientific inquiries and patient safety
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and company policies
