- Support onboarding for joiners and partners
- Facilitate access to IT and HR platforms
- Manage the Statement of Work process
- Track documentation and required signatures
- Follow up on vendor and travel payments
- Ensure compliance with internal financial workflows
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitor and overview existing purchase orders
- Book received goods to trigger payments
- Process tax-relevant team activities
- Provide accurate information for tax processes
