- Draft, review, and edit professional emails

- Coordinate comprehensive business travel arrangements
- Prepare internal and external meetings proactively
- Record meeting minutes and manage follow-up actions
- Plan and organize large-scale events for 200 participants
- Monitor and track event budgets
- Prioritize multiple tasks with detail and efficiency
- Act as the contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process expense tracking and business reports
- Develop technical and soft skills through continuous training
