- •Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- •Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- •Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally SuccessFactors
- •Strong organizational skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for recruiting trends
- •Passion for connecting people and shaping change
