Aufgaben
- Lead and coach a team of four recruiters
- Drive disciplinary leadership and employee appraisals
- Set goals and improve recruitment structures and workflows
- Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with Line Managers and HR Business Partners
- Introduce the recruitment model to new entities
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
- Conduct intake meetings and create job requisitions
- Source and select candidates for a high-quality experience
- Manage recruitment for selected senior and executive positions
- Collaborate with the global HRIS team to improve the recruitment system
- Maintain the infrastructure of the global career site
