Anforderungen
- •Degree in Human Resources or related field
- •Proven leadership experience in recruitment
- •Deep expertise in recruiting and stakeholder management
- •Effective communication across all hierarchical levels
- •Solid understanding of market and industry trends
- •Fluency in English; preference for German and another European language

- •Lead and coach a team of four recruiters
- •Drive disciplinary leadership and employee appraisals
- •Set goals and improve recruitment structures and workflows
- •Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders
- •Manage partnerships with Line Managers and HR Business Partners
- •Introduce the recruitment model to new entities
- •Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
- •Conduct intake meetings and create job requisitions
- •Source and select candidates for a high-quality experience
- •Manage recruitment for selected senior and executive positions
- •Collaborate with the global HRIS team to improve the recruitment system
- •Maintain the infrastructure of the global career site
