Anforderungen
- Experience in talent sourcing (in-house, agency, or RPO) with end-to-end experience
- Experience recruiting Product roles (PMs, Technical Partnerships, API Integrations)
- Innovative, outside-the-box thinking, expressing opinions, presenting new ideas, openness to feedback
- Ability to pivot and adapt ways of working for optimal outcomes
- Proven track record building active/passive candidate pipelines, rapport, closing offers
- Curious mindset, interest in research, openness to 360-degree feedback, desire to grow
- Comfort in start-up environment with global footprint and diverse team
- Desire to be part of diverse, international start-up, key role in identity development
- Data analysis and measurement skills (collect, analyze, interpret data for hiring impact)
- Tools affinity, ATS updating, data accuracy
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, Spanish (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree

- Understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Identify ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies
- Identify and attract passive and active talent
- Utilize various sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach
- Perform candidate pre-qualification
- Assess candidate fit and interest
- Inform recruitment strategies
- Utilize market research and talent mapping
- Apply competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Engage with online and professional communities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team
- Continuously improve sourcing tools and processes
- Enhance sourcing reporting
