- Source and engage talent using various channels
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey
- Coordinate interviews and manage job offers
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with business units to improve hiring decisions
- Conduct probation check-ins for new hires
- Lead vacancy briefings to align on candidate profiles
- Identify and reduce friction in the interview process
- Implement experiments to improve recruitment workflows
