- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification
- Assess candidate fit and interest
- Leverage market research, talent mapping, competitive intelligence
- Inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Engage with online professional communities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team
- Improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting
